Exodus

Over the past two weeks, the kids have been making cut outs for our timeline. At the moment, we are going through the Exodus, so the kids created a beautiful scene for it. They created arrows and signs for the rest of the timeline as well. 

This time line is a huge help with teaching because I've written up summaries of all the major covenants and characters in scripture up to Moses. At any moment, we can review what we've learned so far and have this fantastic visual aid to keep the kids engaged. I'm wondering if one day they will see this timeline in their memory and if it will help them keep all the covenants straight. :)

The creation days, Covenant of Grace and Works, the City of Man, The flood, The tower of Babel.

Covenant with Abraham, Jacob and Esau

The Exodus: Complete with Pyramids, Egyptians, the Red Sea, and Mt. Sinai.

The rest of our timeline is yet to be completed over the next year and a half. We will complete the OT in 3 years.
